Blissey is a
Normal Type Pokémon originally from the Johto region (Generation II) . Blissey is a Pokémon that does not evolve, meaning any candy gained can only be used to power-up the Pokémon or unlock a 2nd charged move. The only way to obtain Blissey is by evolving Chansey using 100 Candy. A notable feature of this Pokémon is it's large amount of HP, making it a great defender for Gyms despite it's lack of attack power.
