Bulbasaur is a grassGrass Type and poisonPoison Type Pokémon originally from the Kanto region (Generation I). Bulbasaur is able to evolve into Ivysaur by using 25Rare Candy. It is currently catch-able and can be found in the wild. Bulbasaur has been featured as a hatch-able Pokémon in Eggs and featured in Raids. Bulbasaur is also featured in Rocket Battles as a Shadow Pokémon and can be captured as a reward for successfully defeating the Grunt. It is one of the 3 starter Pokémon offered by Professor Willow to the player when they start the game.

Evolution

To evolve, Bulbasaur requires 25Rare Candy to evolve into Ivysaur. Ivysaur evolves further, which requires 100Rare Candy to evolve into Venusaur.
