Ditto is a Transform Pokémon. Currently, it is unknown how to capture Ditto. It has been suggested by the developers that it can only be unlocked using an easter egg, like choosing what Pokémon Eevee evolves into. People on Reddit are searching for a way to unlock Ditto.[1]
