A Fast TM is a special item that allows for the fast move of any given Pokémon to be swapped to a randomly selected move the Pokémon does not currently know.
Usage[]
A Fast TM allows the player to change the fast attack of a selected Pokémon. Upon use, the fast attack is swapped to a random move the Pokémon has the ability to learn. Most Pokémon have a move pool of two fast moves, meaning you should only need to do this once to achieve the desired move.

- Winning a Raid Battle
