A Golden Razz Berry a rare type of Berry available in Pokémon GO. This berry can be fed to wild Pokémon to make it a lot easier to catch. It is more effective than the standard Razz Berry.
Usage[]
Golden Razz Berrys have a few uses in the game. Their main usage is being fed to catch-able Pokémon to make them a lot easier to catch. If the catch attempt fails, the Pokémon will only reward the normal amount of Candy after being caught. This, of course, can be prevented by feeding it another Golden Razz Berry. Alternatively, these berries can be fed to Pokémon defending a Gym to restore motivation. Unlike other berries, the Pokémon's motivation is restored completely. Golden Razz Berry can also be fed to the player's buddy Pokémon, restoring 3 points of energy.

Golden Razz Berrys are commonly available through various methods in Pokémon GO. To obtain a Golden Razz Berry, the player must first have a trainer level of 5 or above.
