The Ultra Ball is an advanced and essential trainer tool used to capture Pokémon in Pokémon GO. Ultra Ball, being an upgrade from the more standard Poké Ball and Great Ball, has a higher catch-rate compared to other balls. The Ultra Ball has the highest catch rate of all Poké Balls currently obtainable in the game. This type of ball can be obtained through various sources in-game once the trainer reaches the necessary level.
Usage[]
Ultra Balls are used to capture wild Pokémon. When encountering a catchable Pokémon, this ball, along with the other types of balls, can be thrown. The Ultra Ball will rotate four times before a successful capture, where the Pokémon will break out before four successful movements if unsuccessful.
